When Freud was asked to define happiness, he gave this simple answer: “Work and love.”
I believe deep down, we all want a career that provides impact and meaning, and secretly we know what sets our soul on fire. But somewhere along the way, life happens, and maybe we begin to forget that.
It's then we start feeling... off. That, despite any perceived successes, something is lacking. Something big. And then, the doubts and uncertainty start to kick in, and we begin to re-evaluate where we are. Sound familiar?
The good news is that you can find your way back to the "GLOW," a career that meets at the intersection of flow and meaning. A place where you experience elevated levels of happiness and salinification. And that, my beautiful friend, is where I can help.
Here's the thing. When you're in a career where your values, passions, strengths, and your internal operating systems aren't in sync, you know it. You feel it viscerally. It's uncomfortable, and it's hollow. Something's missing. You may not know what that something is, but you know you've got to fix it fast. And that, my beautiful friend, is where I can help.
What makes me such an expert? I'm so glad you asked. The most effective coaches are those who not only have the professional training and expertise but those who have lived through the pain and come out on the other side stronger, better, and braver. And that's me. Here's my story.
Once upon a time, I was a high-paid retail executive reaping all the delicious benefits of a cushy 6-figure salary. It should have been all I needed. And it was... until it wasn't.
While to the outside world, I was the very essence of success, inside, something else was going on entirely. I was overworked, unhappy, overweight, irritable, and exhausted. I felt empty, lost, and adrift.
I (thought) I had it all, but something was just... lacking. And as hard as I tried, I couldn't figure out what it was. Until one day, my previous supervisor asked casually “what keeps you up at night"? I responded, "not living up to my potential.” After some soul searching and a dark night of the soul, I realized it wasn't potential but rather a lack of authenticity and being out of alignment.
Let me explain…
The longer I stayed there the further I got from my core belief system. Although I was paid well for my work, it got to a point where the money and the work were so far below my bar of resentment and so out of alignment with who I am, that it became emotionally painful to be there.
The longer I continued with this work the further out of alignment I got and the more painful it was. And let me tell you, there comes a point where no amount of money can compensate you for the pain of not living true to yourself.
I left my fancy job to pursue a more authentic path and lost 30 pounds. Now, not only am I happy, but I spend my days helping women like you connect to what lights them up and create authentic success in the process.
I never want any women to experience the pain of being out of alignment with the core of who she is, and I want you to have

Now that you have a better idea of what I do, here's a bit more about who I am.
Outside of my professional work as a Career Strategist & Awareness Coach, I love spending time with my husband and two kids. I'm passionate about cooking healthy, delicious meals, losing myself in a good book, and traveling to new places. There's so much to see in this great big world we all share.
When I began my journey into self-awareness and alignment, I reflected on a book my mother gifted me over 30 years ago written by the acclaimed metaphysical teacher Florence Scovel Shinn.
From there, I became dedicated to learning all I could about the vast world of personal development. I immersed myself in reading books, attending numerous conferences, working with healers, and participating in retreats all around the world. This, paired with my professional training, life experiences, and individual perspective, allows me to share unique and fine-tuned solutions.
Personal development and growth are my life’s passions. I'm so grateful to be able to share my experience, insights, and observations with my clients.
If you're interested in learning more about how you can pivot to a career that lights you up, we should definitely talk.
