UNCOMFORTABLE + LOST + AFRAID
Symptoms you may experience in this phase include: you are stuck in a state of discomfort. You have lost the connection to yourself. You feel confused—you don't understand how you feel or why you feel this; you are looking for answers. You feel as though life is happening to you. Asking yourself, "Why me?" You are worried about the future, all the "what ifs," and ruminating about the past, all the "stories." Your limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck. You know things need to change, but you are too afraid. You could be experiencing some health challenges, whether they're mental, emotional, or physical.

UNCERTAIN + OVERWHELMED + CURIOUS + HOPEFUL
Symptoms you may experience in this phase include: feeling like you are going through the motions. Your life so far has been a compilation of a bunch of ups and downs. You are hustling, forcing things to happen, and not seeing the results you desire. Decisions are tricky because there is a lot of uncertainty in your ability to make the "best" decisions. You are stuck in the proverbial "comfort zone," struggling with having a clear direction for your life. You have a deep desire to find the answers to get you on the right track because you recognize something is just not right.
the grow phase
UNSATISFIED + UNBALANCED + RESILIENT + DETERMINED
Symptoms you may experience in this phase include you have experienced growth, and there is a strong desire to grow even more. You recognize that you are responsible for your life and actions—you are in the driver's seat. You take life lessons and learn from them - knowing everything happens for a reason. You are on the right track and have experienced success in your life, but it's been inconsistent and didn't feel authentic. You feel lukewarm about certain aspects of your life and know there must be more. You have a strong sense of where you want to go but are fuzzy on the steps to get there. There is a chance that either procrastination or perfectionism has been getting in the way.

POWERFUL + SURRENDER + TRUST + PATIENCE
Symptoms you may experience in this phase include: You are a warrior; you have overcome some of the greatest personal challenges. You have been transformed into a new state – the flow state. You have developed routines and have the tools and strategies that support you in staying on track. You leverage your personal power and don’t run from discomfort. You need to optimize the tools and techniques for your greatest good. Learn to surrender to the process and stop being fixated on self-created timelines. Accept the pace of your journey and trust your higher self to guide you.
